Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Day Sheetly account and its associated data from the account settings page.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my Day Sheetly account”. We may ask for information to verify ownership before processing the request.

What is deleted

Account deletion removes your user profile, owned workspaces, projects, time entries, memberships and workspace invites from Day Sheetly. Data in a workspace owned by another member remains with that workspace, but your membership and task assignments are removed. Stripe may retain billing records for the period required by law and its policies.
