We collect your name, email address, password hash and the data you create while using the service (projects, time entries, reports).

Your information is used to provide and improve the service, process payments through Stripe and communicate important account updates.

3. Data storage and security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Your information is stored with cloud providers that comply with modern security standards.

4. Your rights

You can access, update or delete your account data at any time from Account settings. If you cannot access the app, follow the account deletion instructions. If you are in the European Union, you have additional rights under the GDPR, including the right to data portability and erasure.

5. Account deletion and retention

When you delete your account, we remove your profile, owned workspaces, projects, time entries, memberships and invites from our active systems. Data in a workspace owned by another member remains with that workspace, with your membership and task assignments removed. Payment and fraud-prevention records processed by Stripe may be retained for legal, accounting or security purposes under Stripe's policies.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you authenticated. With your permission, we may use PostHog analytics and Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use our landing page, measure campaigns and improve our advertising. You can reject optional tracking in the consent prompt. Meta and PostHog may receive information about your browser, device and interactions with this website according to their own privacy policies.
